Phone Coaching Sessions

Coaching program is structured into two month (four 55 minute sessions) blocks; two coaching sessions per month for two consecutive months. Available weekday mornings USA Pacific timezone. Please email Goals@AnthroposPerformance.com to schedule complementary initial consultation (new clients only).


Coaching sessions are designed and customized toward client desires and needs. Though, after initial complementary consultation, the following is an example two month coaching block:

Session One: Current reality and lay of the land. This is the analysis phase were we get a better idea of what you're wrestling with and tease apart the interconnected pieces.

Session Two: Goals and dreams. What do you want? What do you dream about? What makes your heart sing? Values, meaning, purpose. What's your aim and which direction do you want your life to lead? Let's explore.

Session Three: The Gap - Where you are versus where you want to be. What are the strategies and options for getting there and traversing and surmounting the Gap?

Session Four: Wrap up, review and attend to loose ends. Anything else as it relates to the work done thus far, and needs clarification or attending to? Has understanding of game plan (actions, habits, thought patterns, "a way of being") going forward been acquired?
